Global positioning Tracking System. (GPS)
With this system we are able to track all vehicles working at any time. The system plots their position and speed through a satellite link, and using a digital mapping system, the computer is able to tell which driver is the closest to a pick-up and offer an estimated pick-up time for the customer which ensures efficiency and reliability.
Data Despatch
All our vehicles are fitted with data PDA phones which they use to receive customer details in a safe and efficient manner. Whilst you are in one of our vehicles, you will never hear controllers shouting jobs over a radio, which in most cases gives the customer an uncomfortable ride as well as a headache. We can despatch hundreds of jobs an hour in a stress free environment containing any special instructions given by customers.
ISDN Telephony
When you call us for the first time our computers pick-up your telephone number and log you as a new customer. The next time you call the computer remembers and brings up all the information that you gave the first time you called, such as name, pick-up address and destination as well as any special instructions. As a result we can answer more calls and take bookings quicker. Three phone rings is the maximum amount of time we expect you to wait before talking to one of our team.
SMS Text Message
Clients can request to receive a text message direct to their mobile phone advising them of the imminent arrival of their car. This message also provides the vehicle make, model and registration number for added security.
